Pre-Employment Transition Workshops
To assist more young adults with disabilities, Skills Inc. has partnered with the Washington State Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) to offer Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) including workshops and workplace opportunities for eligible students in school districts in South King County and North Pierce County.

NO COST TO ELIGIBLE STUDENTS WHO:
- Are students between the ages of 14-21
- Receive special education services, with an IEP or 504 Plan
- Are currently or potentially an eligible Pre-ETS client
- Are transitioning from school to work

Interested in gaining valuable hands-on experience and learn about jobs in aerospace manufacturing? This paid, part-time internship is a great way for students to learn manufacturing and work readiness skills directly from industry professionals.
