(formerly Outreach Program)

The Skills Inc. Customized Employment Program is designed to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities who work part-time for a variety of reasons. We offer employment opportunities to those who are entering the workplace for the first time, re-entering the workforce, or who may have more significant barriers to employment. It is based on identifying the strengths, interests and abilities to determine the best fit for the person and Skills Inc. The program is integrated throughout the organization and across multiple locations and departments.
