The Skills, Inc. Outreach Program is a highly competent and competitive assembly, packaging, industrial sewing, fulfillment and distribution operation. Additional capabilities include hardware/ software testing, soldering, functionality testing, and other electronic support services. Outreach employees include individuals who may have barriers to competitive employment, are only able to work part-time, or who have suffered a life altering

event that has prevented them from seeking or being able to hold and/or maintain a competitive employment position. What we are able to provide is an integrated, caring, learning environment where individuals can test their skill sets in a number of ways and where we can assess their work readiness and skills aptitude. This is possible through individual job coaching, mentoring, education and continuous evaluation.
