Skills Outreach Program hires people with disabilities, many of whom have not worked for years or have never been employed. What they all have in common is a desire to work and contribute. In addition to their paychecks, our employees often take home new-found self-confidence, connectedness, and the satisfaction that comes from developing new skills and working as a team. Some find a home with us, continuing to play their part in

this supportive work environment for many years. As others gain confidence and job skills, we support them in exploring new employment opportunities. In 2005, Skills, Inc. placed 11 Outreach employees in new jobs in the community. Your financial contribution will directly support the success of our employees. Skills, Inc. is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization; your contribution is tax deductible.
